Description
This course is designed to introduce children to Kerala mural painting. The syllabus covers 1. An introductory session on Kerala murals, 2. Hands on training in sketching (line training, Designs and motifs) 3. Painting session (Introduction to colors used in mural painting with hands on training on different painting techniques) 4. Freehand sketching and painting of an important element used in Kerala mural painting. 4 to 6 videos per theme, The course price Rs 2400/-, Materials can be procured by the student from a local art store or through our online art supplies store, Certification of completion will be provided. The language used in tutorial videos are Malayalam. The Videos are having English subtitles. (All our classes are conducted in google classroom with the help of detailed pre-recorded videos. For each section of the selected theme there will be a seperate video, which explains the process in detail. The student will start on a practice sheet. She/He are expected to watch the first tutorial video,which will be available in the classroom. After watching the video completely the student will start sketching on a practice sheet. When the sketching is over, she/he will be sending the image to the tutor via WhatsApp. The image will be reviewed by the tutor and will be sending it back with the necessary corrections and instructions. The student will be making the correction in the practice sheet and sending it back again for review. This process will continue until the sketching is perfect. After succesful completion of each step the next video will be added to the classroom. The tutor will be available on class WhatsApp from 10 am till 10 pm (12 hrs, all days) for guiding, corrections and clearing doubts. So, there is no time duration and specific timings for the class.)
